[18 DEC 2002] 46.239995MHz: ABSN0?

Today, I received 46.239995MHz for the fist time. Because it was received with 46.24015MHz (ABWN0?), I thought at first that ABMN0 46.24006MHz moved down. But I received 46.24006MHz about two houres later.
NZ1 video carriers were received simultaneously.

Todd Emslie kindly taught me that it must be ABSN0.
