These days, the F layer above Wakkanai (very north of Japan) and Tokyo are quite strong like at Okinawa (very south of Japan) so I colud hear several stations of the Philippines on 55.25 around 9 o'clock every day. I could not hear 55.25 in October mornings except when M or X class solar flare occured. 0817...55.250 012...weak. 0836...57.260 025...weak, for several minutes. North American 40.53 and 40.69 are not audible today. Weak Es is reported on the DX cluster---JA3 into JA8. Nothing are audible when I came back home at 1830 except very weak carriers around 49.75.
