49.751 2A... I noticed a moving carrier (which was going down) at a little before 1900. At first it was at very right of the passband seen on the digipan window. I thought it was maybe a noise or something. But It stopped going down at around 1903, stayed at 49.751 190 for a while, and started going up. Did it start its transmission a little before 1900 and its broadcasting at 1900?
